SWANA
A curated activity and class marketplace for Qatar — browse by category, choose ladies-only, men-only or open sessions, see the seats that are genuinely left, and book.
02Three roles
Creates and approves every host account — there is no self-registration — and runs categories, annual contracts and featured placements.
Runs their own activities, plans, schedules and capacity, reviews bank-transfer receipts and approves bookings.
Browses, filters by who the session is for, sees the seats left, books, saves favourites and tracks every booking.
The activities and names on this page are the same demo records the app itself ships with.
03Discover
04Plans & capacity
One day, one month, three or six — priced in Qatari riyals. Capacity is recomputed on the server from the bookings themselves, so a seat is never sold twice and never stays held after a reservation expires.
05Book
The customer holds a seat, transfers directly to the host, and uploads the receipt to private storage. The host reviews and approves it — then the booking confirms and the QR pass appears with its reference.
SWANA does not collect booking money and redistribute it. Online payment stays switched off until a real gateway and a verified server adapter are both in place.
06Host
A host sees only their own bookings. Private receipts open through a short-lived signed URL, and approving or rejecting is one click — a rejection puts the seats straight back.
07Admin
Hosts never sign themselves up. The administrator creates the account, sends the invitation and approves it, then sets the annual fee and featured placement — so everything a customer sees has been chosen.

SWANA is a real Barmajli product. The colours, type, mark and tab bar on this page are taken from the app itself. The activities, names and seat counts are demo records — no business figures and no real customer data.
